Manager was very nice and great service!
I brought my friend to buy herself an iced coffee. This is the fourth time she got a bad taste in slimy taste of coffee. I even called the number to complain to the manager. It just keeps ringing and ringing. What kind of service does Dunkin really have that they don’t care about us customers..
I got a Macha and it was good don’t get me wrong now would I get it again NO only because it is very sweet! But customer Service was great :)
I’ve had a few bad experiences at this Dunkin. But the one I had today was so bad I had to write a review. I’ve met the manager a few times and she’s an older lady, she’s super kind and sweet and always makes sure everything is up to par. I wish all of her employees were like her. Most of the team is made up of subpar, lazy, rude workers. They’re all pretty young so I understand that they’re not as kind as most people but it’s no excuse.
