It's a basic coffee place, but it's good enough to take a friend/lover over and have a close experience
For starters the cashier at the window needs to be moved or trained in customer service. Getting mad and making faces because we keep asking for things they don't have like it's a coffee place I would assume coffee and donuts should be stocked as it's mid day. Everything we came for was out of stock. The iced coffee refill I got took them over 20 mins to prep with no ice nor the cold foam I specifically asked for. Never again definitely sticking to the Trenton location because this one is not it!!!
Nice people and prompt service.
There’s always a wait even with no cars in line, food is almost always wrong and drinks are clearly rushed. The employees are clearly distracted, and probably understaffed and overworked. Worst Dunkin in mcallen by far
