I waited in the restaurant for an order there were alot of employees and they were busy. Two girls were cleaning. A lady was waiting to be helped and no one ever helped her so she left. There needs to be so organization and training with the employees on customer service.
I don’t think I have had anything there in a long while that had any type of taste in it. I have gone to two different locations and they practically serve you water. I have mentioned it before and they just shrug their shoulders. I figured I’d give it one last shot today. I REGRET IT!! Selling all my Dunkin Cups to try to recoup some of my money! 🤑
Ordered a meal deal but explicitly told them to remove the bacon. Several minutes later............. and it has bacon. Gee. Thanks
