A girl at the drive through with piercings and a white shirt was so rude when I was trying to ask on how to get the free coffee on “September 29” if your employees don’t want to help your customers out on then you all are failing to train them properly. Ended up at Krispy Kreme where they were very friendly and got a free coffee and a donut 🍩 I will never be going to Dunkin’ Donuts 👎👎

Ordered an Iced Pumpkin Spice Signature Latte🤎 Does taste like pumpkin spice & love the extra cinnamon they add on top. Good customer service.
Worst experience with the workers I order since 8:06am it’s now 9:41am and still haven’t received my order can’t even give me an eta or update had to cancel my order !! Do not recommend this location.
