They don't speak any English. You can say it as slow as possible, or even show them your order on the phone, they will just look at you in confusion and give you something else entirely. This has happened time and time again with things as simple as iced vs. hot coffee and how much they upcharge I'm sick of it. Never again, unless I'm with a translator.
I came to this location 3/8/26 around 1:30 pm and not only is the location not the cleanest, they tried to argue with me about how to order an iced coffee that I’ve been getting the past 3 days. Told them what I wanted and he didn’t listen to me, tried to tell me I was wrong, and when I showed him how the drink is made ON THE APP(banana crème iced coffee) he still didn’t listen. The drink he made was gross and I do NOT recommend coming to this location at ALL.
A very gross place. We ordered and they didn’t get our orders right and I had to keep saying “I ordered this etc” and they were so disrespectful about it when they just kept getting the orders incorrect. Also it’s such a gross area and no one wears gloves or washes their hands
I placed a mobile order so I could be in and out quickly. After waiting about five minutes, I noticed that other customers were receiving their food and drinks before me. When I asked about my order, I was told it was coming out soon, but it never did. In total, I waited 20 minutes and still did not receive my order. I ordered ahead specifically so I could make it to work on time, but due to the delay, I was going to be late. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to leave without my order.
