Order takes forever although ordered on the app. The staff is beyond unprofessional, it s unheard of. I asked for a packaging suitable for a bike ride (ie as if i was delivering it). The packaging was sooooo poorly done that the coffee was just swimming in the bag they gave me. I had to throw it away less than a minute after getting it. The worst part is that the staff was annoyed when i asked for this packaging. They also barely speak english. The workers are so friendly and provide excellent service especially Adil and Anamul. They’re so nice and really care about what customers want. Atmosphere is clean and spacious. They have a big selection of icecream, donuts, and drinks. They’re quick with your order and provide great quality.
Check your receipts! Incorrectly overcharged for extra items I did not order. This error was in addition to very slow service, being ignored, poor communication, and part of my order being forgotten.
