I went there with my mom today Sunday around 1pm. There was a girl and 2 guys. The girl was extremely polite said hi to everyone that walked in. She deserves raise and a promotion. I asked one of the guys there if he had napkins and he told me there was no napkins anywhere in the store. I was annoyed but believed him.i I sat down to eat my food and the next customer comes in and she also asked for napkins and he told her. Worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever, I came to stop by to order me something from here and it was no staff here to help me with ordering anything here. Sometimes I can visit by and I’ll see a staff member on their phone and not help the customers that are in line to pick up the food. I will say that this is lack of customer service and I won’t be attending here ever again.
Worst customer service ever!
I went to that location at 254 am on sept 24 2025 and it was close no one open the door or the delivery window. The place look dirty and unsanitary
