Terribly run
I’ve been here about 10 times so far asking for the same cappuccino with sugar every time and got my order right like 3/10 times even after repeating myself multiple times, they can’t understand what I’m saying or they just don’t give a damn about the people, this place is a mess
The person at the counter could not understand what I was saying, despite me speaking very slowly and repeating myself multiple times. I ended up leaving with an order completely different than what I wanted.

The worst customer service! I ordered something and realized I wanted something different and had to change my order. The cashier loudly says “omg” in a frustrated tone and displayed her frustration/annoyance. This definitely got under my skin. Also, she could barely understand me when I ordered very clearly.
