Not helpful staff. The app doesn't support ordering single packets of condiments for hashbrowns, and yet they won't give a packet despite having those condiments because it's an 'add-on' for sandwiches. They don't know their own systems and I had to go without my normal condiments other stores provide as a result. They gave a bunch of attitude about it.

I’ve been going to the Dunkin’ on 34th and Lexington for the past six years, almost five days a week, and today I left feeling really disappointed. Earlier this week I noticed a few new faces, but as the days went by, every familiar staff member was gone. I was told that the entire team quit, and it honestly made me sad. The last group of employees was always so friendly and welcoming, they made the place feel comfortable. 1-Star Review Dunkin’ Donuts — Never Again I went to this Dunkin’ with my boyfriend, and honestly… worst experience ever. I get that it was a training day for the staff, but the wait time was ridiculous. We were standing there forever just to place an order — nobody seemed to know what to do, and the manager who was training them definitely wasn’t helping.
