This location desperately needs to hire more people for the morning shift. It consistently takes way too long to order and receive one drink.
Update: this is the only coffee shop where I feel that the employees need to drink coffee, but don’t. Even when an order is placed, the employees just stand there on their phones with a sort of paralyzed gaze into the distance. It’s like a zombie movie. Half of the staff don’t work, literally they’re just watching the line accumulate. I really hope Management will read this and replace half their staff so that when their place gets so busy that they will have a full team that can actually jump in into the hard work.
