Khalid and Sal (the two managers I think) put in the work to make this my regular
Gets the job done. Regrettably no drip-bags available so that I can dose mocha throughout the day. Staff understands English, so that is a plus. Bagels are very good!
Khalid and Sal are great. They know me and my order by name, always friendly and go out of their way to provide good service. My only complaint would be in the afternoon and evenings there is only one person working, so it can be kind of slow if there are a lot of people inside ordering. But that's the fault of the owner not the workers---and the owner should know it looks bad on him only.
The staff at this place do not care about the orders and will serve cold/ uncooked food and then hide behind the counter when you ask for a replacement. I ordered a bacon egg sauage sandwich and said No Eggs I’m allergic. They gave me a sandwich with eggs and then when I told them ,they just took the egg off and handed me back the same sandwich.
Dunkin, you really disappointed me today. I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich and a large lemonade. You gave me a sandwich with an undercooked egg, and a lemonade so sweet, it made my teeth actually hurt.
