The service at this Dunkin’ at the World Trade Center is extremely disappointing. The staff are rude and unhelpful, and it seems like they are constantly out of food items. It’s frustrating to walk in expecting to grab something quick, only to find that half the menu isn’t available. For a location this busy, the service and food availability should be much better.
