This particular location has had their ice machine broken for over three months… It’s frustrating because this is the closest one to my house. When I asked the representative, who worked there how come it’s been broken for so long he flat out said that he’s been trying to get some money down for over six months to fix it. That management just does not care and what’s worse is that he says this so unapologetically. This place sucks. I went there this morning one employee on the phone in the lobby. Drive thru full of cars and one guy trying to run the inside and drive thru. I came in stood around for 10 minutes no one came to help me so I left. I wish I could give no stars because everytime I been there either bad service or they don’t have what you want. Better location in Brandermill area. Just sucks
Last time I stop here. Somehow even when I give them twenty extra minutes they still make me late.
