I ordered hot chocolate and it’s test like water I don’t like it
I had the most disrespectful encounter with a lady named Ebony, from the minute I pulled into the drive through there was zero customer service and she yelled at me as I kindly asked if I could have the creamer on the side, instead of politely saying no she starting screaming and made me feel extremely uncomfortable, I know many other people who go to Dunkin and have the same encounter with this worker which has made people stop going.
The prices are out of control. A 20oz coffee is $1.00 cheaper at St@rbucks ... prices are lower nearly everywhere for the same types of food and drinks. Can't justify going here anymore when I need something quick on the road.
I stopped by this Dunkin recently and it’s honestly pretty solid. The food tastes fresh enough and the staff has always been friendly, like they actually seem to care. I appreciate that, especially first thing in the morning when everyone’s half awake. There are times when things move a little slower than you’d expect, and every now and then my order isn’t exactly what I asked for.
