I had a simple order with no special requests. Employees were rude for no reason and didn’t give a straw for a cold drink. Now hiring sign out front was a clue. I won’t be back. You should close if you have bad customer service with these prices.
I was a little nervous trying this Dunkin based on some negative reviews, but I actually had a great experience. I walked in instead of ordering ahead. The employees were polite, friendly, and helpful. I was in and out of there with a box of a dozen assorted donuts in under five minutes. The donuts were tasty! The drive through line only had two cars at the time I went (7:45am on a Wednesday), so I will probably give the drive through a try next time.
