Order Date: 12/21/2025 @ 3:29p EST Amount in Dispute: $4.79 I ordered two drinks and a Pepper Dunkin' Wrap. When I arrived, the cashier yelled at me "Are you Denaun?". I said yes. She then flat out told me she wasn't going to make my wrap and I could get a refund through the Dunkin' app. I asked why and she said she shut the oven off because the store was about to close (it wasn't, it's open until 5p). Ordered in the Dunkin Donuts app. Amount was $16.83 Ordered on: 1/2/2026 7:22pm Was told by the employee at the drive thru that this location closes at 8pm and their ovens shut down 1 hour prior to closing. They are unable to make any of the items ordered. I said no problem, please give me a refund. Employee said since the order was paid for in the app, they have no power or ability to refund for orders not fulfilled.
