Watched a woman berate and humiliate her coworker here, right in front of customers. I felt so bad for the guy. Nobody deserves to work in that environment. On top of that I ordered an unsweetened coffee (I’m a diabetic), and when I tasted it, it tasted a little sweet. I checked in with them to make sure it was unsweetened and assumed maybe the unsweetened flavors had a sugar substitute. Was running late for a train, what i received wasn't what I ordered. Staff was understanding, helpful and kind and quickly corrected it. Will come here again.
