i was there today and online ordered a medium refresher -- it was so bad but i was like fine it's just dunkin that's what i get for being cheap. i sat at one of the tables and a while goes by when a male staff walks up and tells me to move to another table (this was 7pm and in a very annoyed tone) and i moved thinking he was just doing his job and he ends up wiping down the table and no one else was allowed to sit there basically clearing up as if closing a shift. i stayed for around 2 and half hours studying. i think the gu... read more

Terrible experience at this Dunkin’ location. My coffee tasted awful, and when I asked for it to be remade, the employee at the counter refused and yelled at me, claiming it wasn’t his fault. Extremely rude and unacceptable customer service.
