Legitimately below human grade. I genuinely, genuinely loathe this place - I visited it on and off for a long time because it was close to where I worked. Every time I've ordered coffee they've been rude, condescending and forgetful. Their service, their attitude, their product – trash. One time, I ordered a sweet coffee or whatever. They forgot about my order. 10 minutes later, they THEN tell me they "ran out" of ingredients, and served some bullshit which I did NOT order. Just so so
I love dunking donuts. I go here almost everyday as I live around the corner. This morning the tables were very dirty and I wanted to sit and have breakfast. However, I asked an employee to please wipe the table and she totally ignored me. Furthermore the cashier ( male ) I believe the manager was busy exchanging numbers with a fellow customer while working on the register. But the tables couldn’t get wiped. I think we can do better than that.
Tous nos petits déj sans exception sept jours de suite pendant notre séjour à Manhattan, la personne qui nous a reçus chaque matin a été très sympathique, nous a réellement pris en considération, se rappelant nos choix et prenant soin du bon suivi de nos commandes. Elle nous a même déclaré à notre départ qu'on allait lui manquer. Merci à elle, sa gentillesse nous manque déjà, on reviendra !
