Dirty lid and cup, no mask, no gloves and no hair net. Not polite.
This place is by my job and I have been there a few times but eh. First of all they have a grade pending sign so yea no thanks and it wasnt busy in there at around 11 am and I ordered the new Cocoa Cloud latte. I stood there waiting almost 10 mins and it didnt even have the cold foam. I had no time to ask for it and I dont think ill be going back to this location although its convenient.
The machine for Carmel hot latte is always broken and it is very dirty
