Holy hell! This is probably one of the worst locations in all of New York. The women are incredibly slow, ignore customers and a simple coffee to take 30 minutes to get even when the store is empty. I even tried ordering an event with mobile order. Got there 20 minutes after my order and still have to wait another 15 minutes for the order. They had me standing there for 30 minutes waiting to place a order as they continued to do the mobile orders so I left and won’t come back
An up-to-date typical Dunkin’ Donuts, but the staff was not welcoming and more concerned about their online orders than the customers in front of them-The order took forever!!
Terrible service and stale bagels at this location.
