Your employee was incredibly rude he didn't even say hello. I asked for the "Breakfast of the Day," and he told me it wasn't available, even though the sign clearly states it's served all day. On top of that, I ordered an Iced Caramel Latte, and it was literally completely white it had no coffee in it and didn't taste like caramel at all. You really need to train your employees properly.
