Manager is very personable and makes sure the customer is happy. Great customer service leader. I get my coffee here every morning. It's a Dunkin. So while my order is not always correct, everyone at this location seems to try. Night time older guys are not as personable as the daytime and weekend crew. Gives typical vibes at night. 24hrs big plus.
I am a HUGE FAN of this Dunkin’! I live further uptown and purposefully walk an extra 10 min because the service is top notch, the people ask me how I am doing, the food is fresh, the coffee tastes correct & the muffins are MOIST! I truly can’t say enough amazing things! Love this team & they are kind to my ESA dog. Thank you for being my favorite Manhattan Dunkie!
I’ve been a loyal costumer since I moved here and unfortunately I had to ask one of the male working to wear gloves and to please cover his mouth because he was coughing on other peoples food. He refused to wear a mask and wear gloves before servicing me. The other male that’s always in that location was also telling me that he doesn’t have to wear gloves and it’s NOT required. There not all bad but I’m a lactose intolerant person I ask for no cheese every time I order and half the time they don’t pay attention and add cheese all I think do you want to hurt me at this point
