Completely clueless, how to make an iced matcha. Handed me the drink with clunks of matcha at the bottom of the cup. Please retrain your staff.
I lasted 10 minutes and they didn't serve me. The people who mostly serve me are Indian and they are very rude.
The most disgusting dunkin I’ve been to yet & I hadn’t been to this one in years. Disgusting lady decided to spit all over their window display where you wait for your order & the staff did nothing to clean it or tell her anything. Then this same lady wants to chase me out the store accusing me of stealing her order when I correctly took my order. My iced latte tasted like dish water & milk as well. This place has really gone downhill, I felt disgusted just coming out of there.
