Ridiculous, wife went there to have some ice cream and was told they could not take her $20 bill because it was ripped and the tap and pay was not working. The $20 has a small tear.
"The drink I ordered was okay, but the employees here were not nice, to say the least. I redeemed my points from the Dunkin' app, and I was supposed to get the drink for free, basically. I’ve done it multiple times before at different locations as I had enough points for the reward. They scanned the QR code and then reset the order, so all of my points were gone, and I paid out of pocket. I didn’t want to be rude, so I paid and left, but they were rude about it when I told them about this."
