I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and got a bagel with literally the amount of cream cheese that would be left on the knife from making their last bagel order
Just got their Easter Basket munchkin bucket. It's supposed to be 50 assorted munchkins. I got 46 butternut munchkins and 4 chocolate. How is this assorted. When I called the guy sounded annoyed I complained and said just bring it back and they will refund me which I feel is fair but I really don't want to drive 10 minutes back to a store on Easter. Just really frustrating.
This location does not give their employees many breaks especially after working 8 hours you get one 15. The assistant manager and manager vape in the store and around food. No one follows the rules of making coffee or the standard and will serve expired coffee as well as no one does proper hand hygiene. If you are looking to get food poisoning or sick then this is the place for you. No organization just a lady who likes to yell when there are no roles or direction given.
