Generally slow due to distracted staff. They chit chat and giggle amongst themselves whilst there are people waiting to place orders.
I never received my order they canceled and was never refunded
Worst customer service ever. I had a medical emergency while in the store and almost passed out but the workers showed no care at all. They showed a complete disregard of customers and just stood there looking at me until i could get myself up. They never bothered checking on me, I’m so disappointed and will never go to that store again.
The worker was disrespectful I was trying figure out what was wrong and they decided to be disrespectful and have a attitude and prices are higher than their supposed to be
My first time in NY. The prices were reasonable but the cashier could barely understand English and I was struggling to understand her as well. The service was ok but the there was very little selection to choose from. Can't say if given the opportunity I'd go again due to the reasons above.
