I am beyond disappointed and disgusted by the way this Dunkin Donuts location treats the people in the very community it is supposed to serve. In a predominantly Black and brown neighborhood, you would think there would be some level of respect, decency, or even basic customer service. Not 24 Hrs they close when they wanna close lol which is fine but don’t advertise yourself as 24hrs and then don’t be… what if I made a mobile order on the app now my money is thin air and waiting on my money is 5-7 business days and talking to a robot waiting for a human response …the trashiest dunkin
Seems like they don’t clean there toaster oven they use to cook the hash browns, the hash browns taste like dirty oven! Management needs to step up there business
They sell expired ice cream. Please check the date before purchasing.
