Donut so hard and nasty and they don’t have sugar donut smh.
Cereal latte tasted like the coffee was burned and the service was horrible. Had to wait in line long time.
I am beyond disappointed and disgusted by the way this Dunkin Donuts location treats the people in the very community it is supposed to serve. In a predominantly Black and brown neighborhood, you would think there would be some level of respect, decency, or even basic customer service. Instead, what we get is rudeness, aggression, and a clear refusal to do their jobs. The staff at this location do not just provide bad service. They make it very clear they do not want to serve us.
