I am not sure why this particular store does not know how to make French crullers, but I was definitely disappointed when I finally got to my destination and opened my bag. It didn't look right but I was willing to give it a chance. Definitely no melt in the mouth eggy flavor, which is the entire point of eating a cruller. Someone needs to teach them how to make them correctly.
I just waited over 10 minutes at the drive thru window (not talking about from ordering to getting to the window… sitting AT the window) for two coffees I got handed one immediately while the other one sat on the rack next to the drive thru for 10+ minutes because the employee working the window walked away and never came back.
