Hit or miss
The overnight staff well the gentleman that was there at 5am. I can honestly say I was dissatisfied with his customer service I did a pickup order. And when I arrived I asked him if I can have a cup holder for my drinks. Instead he, in fact, did get me the cup holder. But passed it to me as if to say pack up your drinks yourself. But it was the way he did it, as if he didn't want to be there or he didn't want to service at all. I wasn't feeling his energy with that. The store makeover is great, same shitty service! I once received their $6 meal deal with one slice of bread, I often have tell them to wear gloves or utilize paper to grab my donuts, and just like another review I’ve ordered over the app just to arrive and once the store was closed another time it just simply was not made.
