Food quality and service need to be improved
HANDS DOWN the worst Dunkin in the area. They try to expedite their drive through by asking you to pull to the front to help their numbers look good. Mind you pulling to the front results parking towards oncoming traffic and having loop around the entire lot to exit. It’s not safe at all, and they even have you do it when there is no one else in line. Guaranteed they will mess up your order every single time, even if you specify you have an allergy.
