I don’t even live over by this Dunkin’s and I’ll take the drive because the customer service is incredible, young kids working who are the friendliest. I swear I’ve never been anywhere else where they are this nice, and my coffee is always tasting the best! So thanks for your hard work and kindness to start a day!
Not sure what’s different at this Dunkin, definitely some younger guys that are working there or maybe it’s the same guy the other day hands me the drink, forgot to put the sparkling water in. I guess he remade it and then came back to the window all hostile with the new one with an attitude. Just went back again today (don’t ask me why)must be the same kid at the window asked for something, and he sarcastically said what what are you talking about blackberry what, what? This Dunks has gone down hill rapidly! Dirty, orders not correct, no soap dispenser in rest room, and worst of all two teenagers? camped out on the floor in the corner? Very strange and not very sub standard for Dunks. Management team please fix!
