extremely arrogant attendants
I just went in to get a drink. The lady behind the counter said I can't serve you drinks, we have to close because we found black mold. We have to throw out everything. OK so why are you still sitting there letting customers inside. Black mold is highly dangerous. No mask, no protection, nothing. The guy at the store register just sitting there smiling too. Um sir you need to leave too.
The employee being nice is the only redeeming quality, food was wrong and kind of cold and they "don't have bottled drinks" but they are on the online menu (though that's probably more on the company than the specific restaurant)
I come here often since it’s the closest to my work and it’s rare that I have a good experience. Their equipment is always “down”, they don’t have any product left or they just get the order completely wrong. On top of that there’s been multiple times I’ve sat at the order speaker and no one ever took my order so I just drove away.
I ordered a coffee online. Went through the drivthru. The lady first wouldn't answer . Then we drove to the windows and she was rude saying next time don't order this late they are closed she said.. it says online 8 pm it was 720pm... we said we didn't know they were closed .she says we'll we don't control the app so next time don't order so late from here in a very rude tone.. also my coffee was not made correctly. Not impressed
