We went on at noon for sourdough sandwiches. We were told they couldn't take any food orders because they were cleaning their ovens. We asked how long the ovens would be down and they said up to 2 hours. We asked why would you clean the ovens at lunchtime and they said they didn't have a choice. Seriously?!
Second time this week I got tired of waiting for service .i was the only one in the store but they were too busy chatting to wait on me so I left
I just tried to place an order at the drive thru & no one asked for my order. I said Hello & then a female came on the mic & said You were rude to me first, have a nice one. I stated I just said Hello & she again said Have a nice one & wouldn’t take my order. I went into the store & asked a female employee who was just standing there if she was the only one here & she said yes.
