So I am someone that has grown increasingly tired of the way that the homeless population is being treated in public establishments. So I've been making a point to go to a lot of the chain restaurants and stores in the cities and towns around our state, and this particular Dunkin' Donuts stands out as one of the more unsympathetic and cold towards people who are without a place to live. Let's keep in mind that the only difference between a homeless person and everyone else, is the fact that everyone else has a place to live.... read more

After ordering a matcha latte, I waited almost 10 minutes before asking if anyone was making it. The shift leader stepped over and took the ticket from the machine. Instead of just making it herself, she gave it to someone else. This employee proceeded to sneeze 5 times during the process, never washed his hands, and wasn't wearing a mask. Needless to say, I threw my drink away and will not be going back to this location. I could have gotten over waiting, but the lack of hygiene standards is abhorrent.
