On valley st manchester. They didn't put the egg in my wrap.
I ordered two lattes. And a dozen donuts. After the order was done and everything. I asked the woman what happened to my extra latte. She told me I was only getting one. So basically she was dictating towards me. Not only I didn't get my extra latte I had to pay extra.
I try to come to this dunks every morning. If there's more than two cars in the driveway I automatically know I have to drive away. Slowest service of any dunks I've been to, I sat in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes with two cars in front of me the other day. Staff always has back turned when I pull up to the window and they wait to check me out until my food is ready, which takes even more time.
