worst dunkin ive ever been too, waited for 1 drink and 1 sandwich for 17 minutes, mind you i was the only car in the drive thru and no customers inside and there were atleast 3 workers. also not to mention was sandwich was wrong after waiting that long.
Either lower your damn prices or start properly training your employees! I'm tired of spending $6 on coffee just for it it to taste bitter and like straight crap! This has been happening quite frequently and I've had enough. Fix the damn problem
Hot coffee came cold and sandwich looks smashed out the bag. 10 minutes and 10 bucks for nothing. America runs on junk 😔 was also the only one in line
Don’t go here unless you don’t mind waiting 20 minutes + for your order. I’ve given this location several tries and each time it seems to get worse. Staff tend to be rude with one another and customers. Service is painfully slow. I witnessed a shift manager, screaming at one of her employees my last visit. I get we all need to correct employees sometime but in front of customers not the time or place. Honestly, that’s probably the real reason why this place is so slow. Serve is very very slow. Ordered a mobile order and had to wait over 20 mins.
