This Dunkin ALWAYS messes up every single time. Especially if you go inside. I hate it because it is such a central location.
They never have the donuts I want but it's not their fault. They're great Donnie's and they sell out so easily.
Consistently burnt coffee, poor customer service, and drinks that come with half the coffee dripping down the cup while they hand it to you. About a year ago this Dunkin was amazing, but it’s on a constant decline recently. Was also instructed to pull into the handicap spot?? because drinks weren’t ready despite placing the order almost 10mins before I got to the location.
Jay made sure that everything was perfect! His customer service is immaculate!
