The food was really good but
I go here about 5 times a week for my morning coffee and Jay is always friendly, has a great attitude and remembers my order every morning. Great customer service that keeps me coming back!
Disappointed to realize after I paid for my order I hadn’t noticed the staff had already selected the tip amount for me. I simply put my card up to the reader not paying attention and then looking at my receipt come to find out they added a 25% tip. Not saying it’s not my fault for rushing along, but for them to just hold out the reader after pre-selecting their tip and not having the courtesy to mention to select a tip first, that’s just dishonest service.
Ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel with a coffee and bacon was no whete to be found.
