I’ve been drinking the same coffee my whole life, and while Dunkin’ sometimes gets it wrong, that’s not a big deal. The real issue is the rude staff at this location — especially the two older women who work there (possibly one is a manager). They’re consistently disrespectful. Recently, I was ordering with a friend and one of them interrupted me rudely, then told my friend to “be quiet” in a harsh tone. It felt unnecessary and even a bit discriminatory.
