Today I ordered a large matcha from this store via DoorDash. When it came I opened the seal and was very disappointed to find my 14$ large matcha halfway full and extremely watery. Tasted like flavored water. I then had to walk during my 30 minute break so they can fix it. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the store manager was super respectful and helpful about the situation. He gave me a free matcha that tasted amazing and offered me a free donut. I was hoping to get a coffee but the employees were standing around saying "we have a large order you'll have to wait". This guy was waiting and said hey I need to get to work it's one bagel. The woman with grey hair seemed to choose to escalate him rather than expedite him. This led to a shouting match where she's screaming at the customer and the younger woman walked away to the cashier side. The guy was useless in this whole event. all the employees literally suck. whoever was working 11 AM June 29.2025 sucks. yall don’t know how easy u have it with no drive thru yall got 4 customers talking about “oh we in a rush” babe… make the damn coffee it takes 10 seconds maybe if u guys knew how to do ur job ur “rush” would’ve been out the door in five minutes
