This location is always such a disappointment. My orders are constantly wrong, service is slow, and today I ordered iced coffees but was handed refreshers instead. I recently visited El Paso and had Dunkin there several times—it was consistently great. Coming back home, I decided to give this Lubbock location another chance, and unfortunately it reminded me why I usually stay away.
Not sure if it is just this location or all Dunkin’s, but employees need to be paid properly. Now you have them at the window carrying the entire pay machine out asking for a tip. Are we serious right now? This is also a recent change and for making a coffee that is either watered down or made incorrectly.
This one is dirty idk what’s happening to Dunkin’ donuts. But I’m seeing a pattern
