Great delicious sandwiches but twice at this location on Milwaukee, my decaf coffee is always burnt. Please fix that because I don't want to return because of that.
I love this place. I went for my first time ever on Saturday afternoon because I had a craving for donuts. The super sweet lady at the drive thru said she added some munchkins to my order. They are flavored donut holes. They were amazing! She gave me a good variety and we loved them. We will definitely be going back soon.
The coffee was weak. The donut was as expected. I’m from out east, where there’s a Dunky on every corner. They have great coffee. A couple of years ago, new ownership came to the Lubbock Dunky’s. Since then, it seems that they have been trying to cut costs, but not in good ways. I won’t tolerate watered down coffee.
I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. The store was in poor sanitary condition—there were visible cockroaches in multiple areas, and the bathrooms were extremely dirty and clearly not maintained. The overall cleanliness of the dining and kitchen area was unacceptable, and the food did not appear to be fresh.
