Really disappointing experience. The manager was rude and had a bad attitude for no reason. Customer service was terrible, and it made me not want to come back. Definitely expected better from Dunkin.
It's the best cold brew made to perfection! Sorry it's a Massachusetts dunks. Drive through great for anyone traveling to Lynn.
This is my local dunkin. I go here almost everyday and get the same thing but today when I received my drink i checked that it had a fluff of dust in my drink and had to throw it out after and was very disappointed and disgusted.
