Not great. It's so loud you can barely hear. Employees ask you what you want (aka repeat your order) many times. Gave my friend the wrong drink and overpriced me.
They threw my sons bagel away and we never got a refund hung whoman did it….. I’m discusted
this dunks has arguably some of the worst service i’ve ever seen. instead of actually listening to your order they seem to just put in whatever they want that sounds close to your order. i ordered loaded hashbrowns, got regular hashbrowns. in the same order i ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel. i, instead, got a sausage egg and cheese. i asked them to fix my order and who i assume was the manager on shift decided to roll her eyes as if it was the worst thing that could have possibly happened. the workers are rud... read more
