Today 6:10pm I ordered one thing and got something different in the bag. When I was checking out, I wanted to add another item but couldn't remember the name. I just pointed it out, but the attendant was clearly annoyed and didn't help at all. Terrible service! I won't be back.
Of all the Dunkin's in MA, this is without a doubt the worst service. I just asked for my money back. This Dunkin' is on my Wednesday route. I have my morning coffee at Dunkin' every day, and on Wednesdays I have to look for something else. My sandwich always comes too toasted or completely burnt. Horrible service. I asked them to toast my bacon less and they gave me a bun without burning. They said, "The sandwich is like this," and gave me my money back without any interest in doing better.
