I am writing to share my recent experience at your location. 25 boston st lynn ma I placed an order, but what I received was not what I requested. When I tried to address the issue, the manager laughed and did not treat me with respect. Additionally, some staff members were rude and unprofessional, which made the situation worse. As a customer, I believe respect and proper service are very important.
Bought a few items at this location.. when I opened my donut bag, the coffee roll I ordered had fruit flies Donuts and wake-up wraps were definitely not fresh & bagel stale, can’t even pull apart. Disappointing.
