Went through the drive through to get 2 of the turkey sausage egg and cheese sandwich, first time ordering food and I selected it from the menu that’s out there. It’s a sandwich shown on the menu with an English muffin/bun. I got a really terribly presented, burnt tortilla wraps shoved into one tiny paper baggy lol.
They never answer the phone.
Absolute worst Dunkin. First, they forgot my coffee which I had to ask for. Once, I got home with my food I noticed the chicken wrap was missing.. It took over 10 minutes in drive thru to get the food, which was cold by the time we ate. Zero star for customer service and Zero 🌟 for food quality. Never going back to this one. Should've gone to the one on Virginia Pkwy ( they can't toast Croissant properly but at least they get the order right).
I guess because they were about to close they didn't even use the right creamer. They use creamer packets and sugar packets and then I did an online order. My drink wasn't ready when I got there
Amazing customer service! We stopped by hoping to grab a few of our usual favorites, but they were out of what we wanted. The team was so kind and accommodating—they quickly offered a thoughtful solution and made sure we didn’t leave disappointed. The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and the food we got was fresh and delicious. It’s not every day you see that level of care, and it really made our visit memorable. Thank you, Dunkin’, for turning a small hiccup into a great experience!
