Very bad customer service through the drive through talking with a attitude
Very long wait for drive thru, had to repeat order several times, medium hot coffee with Splenda (received no Splenda), coffee warm, not hot and 2 wraps that were hard and crusty and barely warm. Felt sorrow for lady at window, she was very confused and stressed. Love Dunkin Donuts and was very surprised and disappointed.
Don’t ever order or take out from this location. Very disappointed with my experience with Dunkin. I ordered an iced matcha latte and the cup was literally half empty when I got it. On top of that, the matcha was poorly mixed and tasted awful, with clumps and a watered-down flavor. It honestly felt like I paid full price for half a drink. Quality and attention to detail were clearly missing. This is not the level of service or product I expect when paying for a specialty drink.
