The new manager is great. Every time I go in there she's always working hard. I had a problem with my hot chocolate she fixed the problem. I hope they keep her in that store. I rate her a 20

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE 🤬 My ice coffees weren't full or made correctly. The girl put the ice in last which made my coffee warm. Added cold foam and only got a splash. My coffees tasted disgusting. They really need to do correct training at this location and have an adult in the front line with these young kids.
Haven't been to a dunkin' i Haven't liked . Great coffees, nice staff and just easy peasy lemon squeezey 🫳
