ordered food through the drive thru, and there was a line but it’s to be expected on a sunday afternoon. my husband told the young lady he had a reward, but was still charged/reward not applied. my hasbrowns were still cold in the middle, and avocado toast was not toasted. my husband said his croissant sandwich tasted like the sausage came out of old tap water. i will never return to this particular location.
Everything at this dunkin is amazing the service is fast and friendly, and the drinks are even better! The iced coffee, lattes, and refreshers are always made just right. This location is super clean, well-run, and the staff really go above and beyond. If you’re in Indian Trail, you have to stop by. Highly recommend it to everyone☺️☺️🫶
This place is a disaster. Nothing ever works, from the drive thru to the register. They'll have 8 people working with a line to the door (1 register open) and the drive thru doesn't work. Instead of expediting or organizing, they have people standing at a doordash counter with no one waiting there, watching the line get longer.
