I did a mobile order. Drive-through went really quickly. Didn’t have to wait long at all. The coffee tasted water down. Didn’t taste like Dunkin coffee at all. The hashbrowns that I got are pretty good.
Terrible service, stood in line for 10 mins while one lady walked back and forth watching. 2 customers behind me decided to walk out. The gentleman up front sold me the wrong items and then proceeded to tell me they did not have what I originally ordered. Food I received was also bland and doughnut tasted old.
Great customer service by Saroj during the night shift, My food and drink were good and the donuts were soft for it being night time and Saroj took the time to decorate my two donuts.Very sweet and I left a tip and HAD to leave a review. Made my night before hitting the club;)
Staff are amazing and my coffee is always made right! Love the ladies in the morning- Arjun
I am sorry but the lady taking orders for the drive thru was VERY HARD to understand! She doesn't speak very good English.
