I went to this location today to pick up a delivery order. I saw that several employees saw that I was standing in the designated area for online deliveries, but none acknowledged me, not even a greeting. After I got tired of being ignored I said to one of the workers "Excuse me" to which she said "One minute, I'm with a customer." GM All Generally, I give praise to the team that works the morning hours at DD. Please pass on the recipe for cinnamon raisin bagels has sadly been altered. Is it the flour or other key ingredients. The flavor is bran bagel with raisins tossed in. Return to the original cinnamon raisin recipe. The texture has not changed but noticeable change in flavor.
I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at the Dunkin' Donuts on 78 Highway in Lilburn, Georgia. The donuts often seem deflated and lack the fresh, fluffy texture you’d expect. Additionally, the drive-through service leaves much to be desired—they repeatedly interrupt with "Is that all?" after every item, making the ordering process feel rushed and frustrating. I hope they improve both the quality of their products and customer service. And thats all.
Terrible , if i could give zero stars i would I mean they should have just closed or changed owners No costumer service at all , its almost like you're not paying them for stuff
