This is the best DD in Stone Mountain, Gwinnett. I live in Snellville but I only come to this location. I come every morning during the work week. Shout Out to: Jasmine, Paru, and Amber. These ladies keep this location going. Fast, friendly, kind customer service! Caring hands serving coffee, donuts and sandwiches. I was sad when they temporarily closed for renovations. Don’t bother calling bc they will just hang up on you. Rude employees.
I asked for chicken and cheese croissant but ended up getting jsut cheese with croissant then when I told the Indian cashier guy he disarmed me with an nasty attitude and I didn’t appreciate that
When I saw the new Dunkin' Donuts opening in my area, I was so happy! I consider myself one of their best customers because I really like their coffee. However, at this new location, the service has been very rude. They need training on customer service and how to be as friendly as other Dunkin' locations. This is the third time I've been disappointed—on Thursday, April 3, at 5:40 PM. It wasn’t just me; I met another customer who was also disappointed.
