I am sorry but the lady taking orders for the drive thru was VERY HARD to understand! She doesn't speak very good English.
They would not allow me to pick the 12 donuts for my order. Ive never paid for a dozen donuts and not been allowed to pick all 12 anywhere else. I paid for the assortment, I went inside to not hold up the drive through, yet I was told I could not pick out the assortment. I don’t care that those were the last two Apple and spice I bought them that’s commerce. Restaurants and bathroom are clean. The staff complains about customers a lot.
