This place has gone from bad to worse. When the elder gentleman was around, he would still have some regards for his customers. But the new set of people have complete disregard, are very rude and the worst of all keep getting orders wrong. Reading the reviews it seems I’m not the only one facing this. I ordered a Matcha latte and regular latte (without sugar). I received the cappuccino and a regular latte two sugars. I called them 14 times but they did not pick up the phone. If you can avoid this location, do it!
Third time! A bagel toasted with cheese = a bagel that isn’t cut, isn’t toasted and has no cream cheese on it or in the bag. For the third time, I was literally handed a bagel in a bag. Absolutely pitiful! Whoever the manager is should be ashamed. You have young unmotivated staff who don’t understand anything and have zero common sense.
The 7 employees weren't organized. Some people paid and ended up leaving without their order. My wife and I waited 45 minutes for a 2 minute order,and the order was wrong. Do not visit this spot if you are traveling.
ordered 2, 6 DOLLAR loaded hashbrowns and received this. not the first time either. multiple people will talk on the drive thru mic and it’ll be confusing and mess up your order. where my 6 dollar cheese at
