I just went to this location with my friend, she ordered a Large Berry Acai refresher and as soon as she said “acai” both workers (teenage girls) started laughing at the way she pronounced it and made her repeat her order. When I ordered the same drink, the worked made me repeat my order as well because they were still too busy laughing at my friends order before. Very thankful for their service! Came in on a day they were very busy and backed up with the drivethru, walk-ins, and a flood of mobile orders. They were moving fast and got to me in a timely manner and were friendly even though I could tell they were short staffed and stressed. Very thankful and appreciative for the service I had today, I could tell today was a challenging day for them. But they completed my order to me within 5 minutes despite how busy they were with 15 cars in drivethru, 8+ people in line, and alot of mob... read more
