The prices are high for the portion size, but has consistent quality through the locations. Service is usually prompt & professional.
The drink’s good, but the ice definitely stole the show 😂 I know that in some places (I have friends who work at Dunkin’), managers sometimes ask for extra ice to use less product and meet bonus goals. I really hope that’s not the case at this location.
I just went to this location with my friend, she ordered a Large Berry Acai refresher and as soon as she said “acai” both workers (teenage girls) started laughing at the way she pronounced it and made her repeat her order. When I ordered the same drink, the worked made me repeat my order as well because they were still too busy laughing at my friends order before.
