The woman at the window was awesome
I had a very pleasant experience today at this location. The service was fast and polite. The food and coffee were made well/correctly. This is about the only good Dunkin location on the KS side of KC, and I will drive out my way to go there; instead if going to closer locations that are run poorly.
My husband and I just went into this Dunkin and we had THE BEST customer service! While there weren’t too many options left as far as donuts because it was the end of the day, the young man working made our experience worth stopping in (should have gotten his name). We ended up getting half a dozen Boston creams and a couple frozen drinks but the entire time he was so friendly and just gave us the best service.
