I don't know if this is every Dunkin', but I asked for light ice, and literally half my drink is foam and ice. 😢 This Dunkin has gotten better than my review 4 years ago. But this is just offensive. In their defense, they replaced my sandwich when I took it back. Some of the staff are really nice, so I had to change my rating from the original one star.
