This is a good place, clean, new and seemingly efficient. They couldn't find my online order right away but I suspect it was because it was Saturday morning and they were super busy, no harm no foul. My only true gripe is the parking. There was no place to park, parking lot is tiny. I had to park next to the drive through line and there's no way to exit other than to wait for the drive through line to empty out. Was told "thank you very much for the generous tip" when I hit the no tip button. Also why are people asking for a tip at a drive through. That's literally insane. Also I asked for a small hot drink and a was given a cold drink. I told the lady it was fine but she told me I needed to hand it back to her and said it wasn't up for discussion. She talked to me like I'm a child and did this hand wave thing that was beyond rude. Gotta find a new coffee place now. Went there today to go and get some donuts for my siblings and one of their friends. I go from time to time and have never been server by this older gentleman, maybe in his late 20- early 30, i believe his name is Trent, and he is not very nice. Very rude, and lippy towards customers, I work in the food industry as a server and never would I ever talk to someone how he outwardly talked to me and my family. Very nice place though!
