My daughter has a tree nut allergy and usually eats your plain donuts with strawberry frosting and sprinkles without any issues. Today, she wanted plain donut holes instead. When we asked the cashier if they contained nuts, he was very rude. He pointed to a sign and said, "You don't have to have a donut if you have an allergy."As a customer, I expect a basic, respectful answer about ingredients to keep my child safe. Because of this poor service, we will not be returning.

Staff was friendly and helpful with my kids asking questions. Clean inside which makes me feel safe.

This Dunkin has gone so down hill. My coffees used to be spot on every time and I picked one up every morning. I am pretty sure it’s because of the whole tipping thing. They ask for a tip before you get any kind of service. Dunkin’ employees don’t work for tips. Tips are nice and if I feel the service is exceptional, I will tip. I know for a fact that they get a per hour wage and aren’t dependent on that. Then on top of that my coffees are consistently inconsistent and most of the time don’t even have the swirl in.
