Richard is extremely rude and arrogant employee. He argued with me saying this is your drink and drink it after another employee had confirmed they would remake it and had me drive 15 minutes to pick up the remake because it was missing all customizations to begin with and Richard had no gloves on had his finger inside the cup, so I asked him to put on gloves and get a different cup that does not have a finger inside of it.
