No one attended to me when I arrived. I spent way too much time standing there waiting for my order, even though I had placed it well in advance. It seemed like no one cared that I was there waiting. The customer service was very disappointing.
Fast and precise in filling out orders. This location is consistently kind, clean, and correct. Props to both the workers and their management!
The guy working wouldn’t give me a hot chai latte. He said they don’t do that there and only do iced. I didn’t know if I should laugh or just leave so I did both. This is the only Dunkin Donuts that doesn’t make hot lattes how they are originally made before iced is added . If I had ordered it on the app under hot beverages and chai latte would I have been able to get it then?
Hit me with the “coffee machine broke” like I was at Mickey D’s Normally I’d give them the benefit of the doubt, but they were using the same excuses about nearly everything being broken for the several people ahead of me as well. Just go to the Starbucks down the road. This Dunkin location is either negligent of their equipment or straight up don’t care about serving their customers.
