Bad customer service, rude answer on everything, employee name Askin looks like working their for free doesn’t wanna do anything upon asking any question, the answer was uh or I don’t know .
Only 2 people working at 5:30 on a Saturday. Missing 75% of their donuts and have no munchkins. When I asked for a refund, I was told there was no manager in until tomorrow and I would have to come back. I argued at the drive thru window for 10 minutes, finally went inside, and realized he didn’t tell me they had MORE donut variety than he told me at the window. I ended up with a half dozen donuts I didn’t want instead of the 25 munchkins I ordered on the app.
I ordered two pieces of advocado toast clearly yet when I drive up I am handed one piece. Confused. They charged me for one but I unmistakenly ordered two pieces regardless. Instead of fixing their mistake they tell me to go back in the super long line in the end. Criminal. The toast was also subpar, tasted of bacon. There was no bacon.
They only gave me foam on my matcha latte
