This Dunkin’ is absolutely terrible. The service is painfully slow every time I come here, and honestly, I could deal with that if the food and drinks were actually good—but they rarely are. I’ve waited 20-30 minutes for my order, only to receive something mediocre or completely wrong. The staff is also incredibly rude and dismissive. I politely let an employee know that my bacon was undercooked (it was pale and chewy when it’s usually crisp and browned), and instead of fixing it, she caught an attitude and refused to remake... read more

I went over to order a cup of coffee when the store was about to close. Although the staff told me that they were about to close, they still welcomed me very warmly. Thank you very much. I just moved here and I felt respected. Two young handsome guys. Hahahaha.
Order was placed in drive-thru, husband came home with the food and the frosted doughnut was completely covered in wax wrap and all the strawberry frosting melted on the wax wrap. Our daughter was disappointed and so was I. The hash browns were soggy too. The service here is all over the place. Sometimes the food is great other times the quality of care of the food itself is poor like today. Very disappointing for all of us. Left a sour taste in our mouth.
If you enjoy sitting in your car for 30 minutes, waiting for coffee; this place is for you. Update, 1 year later. Same review. This is the slowest Dunkin I have ever been to. Needs new management. Update. 1 year later. Much improved; normal wait times.
