Ordered mobile order for pickup, some options were out. Got there and order wasn’t ready and two of four options for donuts were not available. Not sure why they don’t update like the others, but will not come back here again. Poor service. Also couldn’t refund or cancel because there was manager on duty. AWFUL. Ruth was super rude
The staff was friendly and quick
The drink was cold. Ordered a hot Caramel Macchiato and had to wait for a long time. It looks like there are no system in place.
Go inside if you're going to order. They'll still mess up your order but at least you'll be able to have them fix it before you leave. Every single time.
