I’ve been here plenty of times ordering coffee and today has to be my last. Depending on what day and time you go determines how bad your order will be messed up. I don’t recall a single time my order has been correct. You ask for no whip on latte, its printed no whip on the cup, it comes out with whip on it. Been by three times since they opened, not once have they gotten my order correct. Maybe they'll get it together, but for now I'm going to just keep going to the one on Market. Shame since this one is less than a half mile from my house. Wanted to update this, been a little over a half a year since my review, things have not gotten much better. Beast coffee
This company that employs these managers treats young high school students poorly. I will not return after witnessing how they treat their employees.
I ordered a decaf iced coffee on the app (I only drink decaf for medical reasons) when I went to pick up I watched the barista make my drink with regular coffee. When I asked if it was decaf he confirmed it was, but I watched him pour it from the original coffee spout. So I asked them to remake the coffee using decaf and they said they were actually out of decaf and just giving everyone the original blend.
